En juillet 2023, lors d\u2019un s\u00e9minaire interne, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de la Ligue de l\u2019enseignement - FAL 53 a eu l'envie de cr\u00e9er : un festival de l\u2019\u00c9ducation populaire ! Le Festival<\/h2>

Ce festival a \u00e9t\u00e9 co-construit avec la ville de Laval, Les Francas, Cultures du C\u0153ur, Monde de Femmes, les PEP 53, Accueil et Espoir 53 et le Conseil citoyen.
